I started to get the "could not save"-error during the game, which at last caused me to restart the game, but then I got the "could not download files required to I tried the steps from the link regarding removing the profile from documents and that caused GTA to force me in to story mode to do the prologue before I could enter online, so I skipped that part and restored the files from my backup.
